Pagenax Solution for Injection is administered as an injection into the affected eye. It is to be administered by a doctor or trained nurse; do not self-administer this medicine at home. Common side effects of Pagenax Solution for Injection include eye pain, reduced visual acuity, blurred vision, floaters, retinal bleeding, and increased intraocular pressure (pressure inside the eye). If you experience any of these side effects which do not go away or get worse, consult with your doctor.

Pagenax Solution for Injection is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the components of this medicine. Additionally, it is important to inform the doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or have undergone any surgery recently, especially those related to the eye, before starting the treatment with this medicine. You should also avoid using Pagenax Solution for Injection if there are signs of infection in the eye.
