Golimumab 50 Mg Injection

Simponi 50mg Injection is used to treat inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (inflammatory disease of the joints), ulcerative colitis (inflammatory disease of the bowel), and psoriatic arthritis (inflammatory disease of the joints, accompanied by psoriasis, an inflammatory disorder of the skin). It is used to treat axial spondyloarthritis, including non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis (inflammatory diseases of the spine). 

Simponi 50mg Injection is also used to treat polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (inflammatory disease of joints causing swelling and pain) in children aged 2 years and older. This medicine should not be used if you have moderate or severe heart failure, tuberculosis (TB) or any other serious infections. Talk to your doctor if you have any allergic conditions, diseases, if you are about to have any operations or dental procedures, vaccinations before taking this medicine.

Avoid live vaccinations while being treated with this medicine. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least 6 months after the last dose. Inform the pediatrician if you received this medicine during pregnancy before your baby is getting any vaccinations.

Simponi 50mg Injection reduces the inflammation in your body by blocking the action of a protein called TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor alpha), which is involved in the inflammatory processes of the body.
